Do you accept insurance?

Yes, Samantha Kanelstein is in-network with the following insurances:

• Aetna

• Cigna

• United Healthcare

How much can I expect to pay per session?

• If you are in-network with any of the insurances listed above, your fee will be determined by your insurance plan. You can do an eligibility check to get an estimate through this link.

• If you are not in-network with the insurance plans listed above but have out-of-network benefits, you will pay $300 per 45 minute session. There are sliding scale options for clients unable to pay the full amount.

• You can use Thrizer to estimate your out-of-network benefits, and I will bill through this platform.
